How to request deletion

Users can request deletion from inside the app through About & Legal -> Manage Account Deletion Request or by contacting COSQ Network Private Limited directly.

Managing a request

• A deletion request is first created with a pending status.
• Only one pending deletion request is allowed at a time.
• A pending request may be cancellable before it is completed.

Verification and processing

Identity verification may be required before processing a deletion request. Once a valid request is accepted, deletion is generally completed within 30 days unless legal or operational constraints require more time.

What happens after deletion

• Access to the account will be removed.
• Learning progress and related app data may not be recoverable.
• Using the app again may require a new registration.

What may still be retained

Limited information may be kept where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, audit, or dispute handling.
